This week I wanted to share one of my Fiverr pieces. Every once in a while the gig is dormant, but every once in a while I will still get them in.
These are apparently to go towards a book about Sherlock Holmes - have already done 2 and possibly will do more.
As can be seen, this scene shows a standard view of Sherlock playing the violin while his sidekick Watson reads a paper nearby.
Speaking of which, does anyone know the relationship or deal with Watson and Holmes? How did they get to be friends? What do they do aside from solve random mysteries? What's the back story there? I have never actually read any of the books - maybe I will someday.

Great sketch that really transports you to that room. I'm not sure about the friendship deal with the two detectives. I confess I've seen many movies and TV series but not read the books!

As far as Sherlock and Holmes, I guess it depends on what version you're speaking to as I believe there are two new S & H tv shows, one in the UK and one in the US, however their "Stories" of how the two met are a little different. Odd. lol
great sketch with so much amazing detail! I've watched season 1 & 2 of the BBC series, but I'm not sure if they followed the books on their relationship. Fun to watch anyway!

My wife and I love to watch Sherlock Holmes movies, and are even hooked on the modern day series tiled ELEMENTARY. You did a great job capturing the feeling of the original. Blessings!

Your Sherlock Holmes playing violin and Watson reading the newspaper is a very beautiful picture and a great idea. I like the stories very much and your sketch meets exactly the charakter of the story. By the way you look so pretty with the new glasses! I like the photopicture very much!
